Project roadmap — 90 days to interview-ready (practical path)
Goal: Build 4 marketing case studies (SEO content + analytics, paid campaign, email automation, social short-video funnel).
Days 1–14 — Foundations & tool setup
- Complete the intro modules of Google Digital Marketing & E‑commerce (Coursera) to learn funnel basics and measurement concepts.
- Create accounts: Google Analytics, Google Ads (test account), HubSpot free CRM, and choose one ad platform (Meta/Google) to practice.
Days 15–45 — Build projects
- Project 1 (SEO & content): Publish a long-form article optimized using keyword research; track organic traffic and CTR with GA4; produce a 300‑word case study.
- Project 2 (Paid campaign): Run a small Google Ads search campaign (test budget $50–$150), capture conversion rates and CPA, run an A/B ad copy test.
Days 46–75 — Automation & analytics polish
- Project 3 (Email automation): Build a 3-step email nurture sequence in HubSpot (lead magnet → onboarding → sale). Measure open & click-through rates.
- Project 4 (Attribution & dashboard): Use DataCamp/SQL skills to create an attribution query or use BigQuery; build a dashboard in Data Studio showing channels and conversion paths.
Days 76–90 — Compile portfolio & interview prep
- Convert each project into a 400‑word case study: Brief → Objectives → Approach → Tools → Results & Learnings.
- Prepare a 10‑minute walkthrough demo for interviews and include GitHub/Google Drive links for assets and reports.
